All products sold by WebJoni are digital and delivered electronically. Because digital files can be copied and used immediately upon delivery, we do not offer returns in the traditional sense.
We consider refund requests submitted within 7 days of purchase when a product is materially different from its description, is not delivered, or contains files that cannot be opened or used as intended.
Contact us via WhatsApp or our Contact page with your order details and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
We generally do not offer refunds for change of mind, incompatibility with software you did not check requirements for, or after significant use of the product.
